Igor Carneiro is a passionate Economist and Policy Adviser working in international development to ensure solutions for a better, more sustainable and equitable world.

Igor is a results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in program ad portfolio management in fast-paced, private, public and international organizations, specializing in International Cooperation for Development; Agriculture/Rural Development; M&E for Results-Based Management; Knowledge Management; Advocacy & Capacity Building; Partnership Development; Trade Promotion; Private Sector Development; and Financial/Economic Evaluations.
