Silmar Silva Moreira, nasceu em Vila Pereira distrito de Nanuque/MG em 23 de Maio de 1961, bacharelado e Licenciado em teologia pela FATA - Faculdade de Teologia de Anápolis. Atualmente coopera como pastor na obra de Deus na Igreja em Ji-Paraná. Escritor com treze publicações entre as quais diversos assuntos com tratados teológicos e escatológicos incluindo parte da sua biografia e uma obra de poemas e poesias.
