The Peloponnese War marks a change of course of the events in the history of Greece. The Spartan strategy was to erode the Athenian economy and thus weaken its alliances. Without a solution to continuity, the corresponding military strategy initially intended to invade and plunder the Attic. In the third phase of the war, following the failure of the Athenian expedition to Sicily, Sparta came to occupy a permanent base of support in the Attic territory, while attempting to destroy the Athenian navy, thereby blocking its essentially maritime trade and diplomacy. It will be simulated, based on the summary and analysis of the historical fact, which are the main factors of the strategy adopted by the Peloponnese League (Sparta), concluding by outlining a new strategy ("what if ...") to be tested. Since Sparta has historically been the winner of the Peloponnese War, it will be attempted to reduce the time and costs of war, including debts to Persia.
