The purpose of this book is to present a business and action plan based on Judeo-Christian prosperity, initially focused on Brazil, with the goal of addressing the problem of the “narrowing” of the Brazilian age pyramid at its base. This phenomenon occurs due to various factors and the current low birth rate. The plan aims to encourage and promote sports, culture, recreation, entertainment, and technology on a large scale, both nationally and internationally, as means of direct integration into the labor market and of adding value to the social process. The goal is to seek out, find, and bring people—especially lowincome youth—into a dignified and promising life in society, while always respecting individual freedom of choice. Without them, what will the future hold? What can we expect?

In addition, the book presents solutions to address distortions and problems related to human longevity, especially in countries such as Japan and Europe, where the elderly population is significant. The focus is on providing relevant and meaningful activities for people over 50, thereby strengthening the top of the age pyramid.
