The Falklands War lasted 74 days and ended with the Argentine surrender on June 14, 1982. On the Argentine and South American side, in short, the lack of a correct and comprehensive assessment of the conflict in all its alternatives and dynamics caused the lack of a general strategy that integrated the different State powers it covered (political, military, economic and psychological/social). On the British and European side, significant findings include the vulnerability of surface ships to anti-ship and submarine missiles, the challenges of coordinating logistical support for long-range power projections, and the reconfirmation of the importance of tactical air power, including helicopters. In the war simulation I will try to correct the flaws presented in the historical analysis, testing improvements in policies and strategies. And then we will see which side will prevail, both being instructed with the best and with the maximum effort.
