THE HISTORY AND MEANING OF THIS BOOK
This book was born from a moment of nausea, existential chaos, in which every thinking being, sooner or later, tends to pass and where all our values are put in check, being liable to “breaks”, to “hammering” ”, as Nietzsche would tell us.
After nausea and chaos, there are only three possibilities:
A) To be himself again;
B) Become pathological;
C) Transcend.
In the first, the being does not evolve: he wants to be himself; the same me always. In the second, the being loses the logic of reason and is imprisoned in its own world: the world of subjectivist orthodoxies and absolute truths; the world of possessive ideas that lead the being to pseudo-states of hyperconsciousness.
In the third, characterizing a state of being essentially qualitative, in the sense of the development of its humanization and the search for its intellectual autonomy, the being transcends, that is, it starts to create and give meaning to its own existence as a being; and to the world (in the macro sense) in which you live.
Deliberately - without any false modesty that prevents the being from understanding and asserting itself as a being - I opted for the third and, thus, this was born, like so many other works.
“Poesofias”, therefore, are works whose essences are thematic of a philosophical nature, based on the epistemologies of independent thinkers; as well as in different philosophical schools, aiming to make philosophy something more noticeable in the reality of the world in which we live. However, it brings with it the look, the original philosophizing act of the author, based on the following premises:
1) In the capitalist society in which “everything is appearance and deception”, as existentialist philosophers like Sartre would say, for example.
2) The values of capital, in which we emphasize individualism and Meritocracy, have been established as a kind of corollary of the State. In other words, systematized as the ethical content of the whole society, mainly through educational institutions, in which we highlight the school.
In this sense, we believe that “citizen” is one who, in addition to having citizenship rights, is also one who actively participates in the direction of the polis. Thus, this work has the purpose of enabling different social groups excluded to develop paths to raise awareness about obvious everyday themes, but, at the same time, they are complex, paradoxical and, consequently, unnoticed by the naked eye. .
Enable “strangeness” and understanding the masking of the obvious; the unveiling of the common, from a critical, philosophical point of view and, from that, to be able to build strategies to defend and overcome dehumanization, this is one of the great purposes of this work.
We hope that it can contribute to the formation of a less alienated generation; less uncommitted to socio-political, economic, human and humanitarian issues, on a local, planetary scale and, therefore, also more conscious, emancipated, and transforming the reality of the world in which we live.
