In Victorian London, a covert network of spies uses a high-end brothel to extract sensitive information from naval officers and government insiders. When leaks about Britain’s weapons and fleet movements reach dangerous levels, Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli assigns three secret agents—Sidney Orebar, Moira Hunter, and Liza Hart—to uncover the source.

As they infiltrate the brothel and trace the flow of intelligence from intimate conversations to dockyards and coded messages, they discover the operation is not a simple act of espionage. The leaks are carefully controlled, designed to manipulate foreign powers and provoke strategic responses. In the end, the agents uncover a chilling truth: the conspiracy is being orchestrated from within Britain itself, forcing them—and Disraeli—to confront whether exposing it would protect the nation… or destabilize it even further.
