In fog-shrouded Victorian London, two skilled British Secret Service agents—Liza Hart, sharp and analytical, and Moira Hunter, bold and intuitive—are assigned by their superior, Sidney Orebar, to hunt a serial killer targeting prostitutes in a chilling echo of Jack the Ripper. As they investigate, they uncover a pattern of moral obsession behind the murders, leading them to a respected figure hiding a dark ideology.
At the same time, both women are in love with Sidney, who genuinely cares for them but cannot choose between them, creating emotional tension within the team. Setting aside rivalry, Liza and Moira join forces and use strategy and intelligence to outmaneuver the killer, ultimately capturing him without tragedy.
